Brief

The Modern Brides BFF is a fast-growing wedding content business founded by Kristine Satorre, built almost entirely through organic content and word-of-mouth referrals. By mid-2025, monthly revenue had settled around $10,000 with all bookings coming through Instagram and personal connections.

Kristine knew Meta advertising was the key to scaling beyond her existing audience. After a frustrating experience with a paid agency, she wanted to learn how to run her own campaigns so she could grow without depending on anyone else.

The Challenge

Four months with a paid agency produced exactly one lead at a cost of $549. The retainer kept running while results stayed flat, which left Kristine paying for an outcome she wasn't getting.
